Brita Loppnow founded Prosper HR in 2021, after working for more than 10 years for startups and at one of the leading business management consulting firms, McKinsey & Company.
Brita founded Prosper HR because she discovered there was a gap in business’ who didn’t require a full time HR team but also needed HR support for their growing companies. Prosper HR’s fractional HR support services help fill the void and supports startups, tech companies, and small business with all their HR challenges and demands.
There isn’t much that Brita doesn’t know about the world of HR, and she places high value on knowing the industry through the various People Operations/HR roles she has pursued throughout her career.
